How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Virginia and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. You have a unique story, distinct goals for therapy, and needs that are particular to you. For this reason, I offer free 15 minute consultations to find out more about what you’re looking for and give you a chance to ask me questions.

If things click and it seems we’re a good match, we’ll talk about next steps to schedule an intake appointment. If it’s not feeling like the right fit, I’ll gladly provide you with some resources to find a therapist who is right for you.

How will you support me?

I have a masters degree, training, and experiences as a therapist. However, I believe wholeheartedly that YOU are the expert on your own life— you know better than anyone the experiences you’ve lived so far and you are the only one who can determine what it is that gives you a sense of purpose and meaning in life.

When it comes to therapy, I believe in working as a team. We’ll get to know each other, come up with the goals that you’d like to work towards, and together, figure out an approach that makes sense, pulling a variety of therapeutic tools in along the way.

Check your insurance.

I take many private insurances for therapy (see above), as well as Colorado Access Medicaid and CHP+ in Colorado.
